At GreenFX, we aim to process orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing contact@greenfx.uk.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it is shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has progressed too far.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive the delivery and follow our Refund and Returns Policy.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If we confirm cancellation after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you have placed an order for the wrong product or entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately.

We will try to assist, but any changes depend on the order’s processing status.
